In Touch Weekly’s claiming Britney wants to become a regular on NBC’s Smash, which takes place around a fictional Marilyn Monroe-based Broadway musical.
A friend says Britney’s always wanted to perform on Broadway, and this show would give her that chance (on TV at least).
Per her friend: “She’s met with producers, and they’re looking for the appropriate role for her.”
