Britney is releasing a new album in 2013, according to new reports. Britney will take the year off and begin recording for album 8 in December.

Label execs also say there will not be a fifth single off Femme Fatale.

“The album promotion ended with the release of “Criminal,” and it’s not useful to still release something after the end of the world tour, although the album contract had stated that five singles would be released.”

Great to hear the new album will be a work in progress starting this year, but boo to “Inside Out” not being a single!
